When the year sixes went to the school's open day for intermediate the year 5's introduced the year 4's to being a year 5 like me.
We made a slide about the different things we do in the hub and the rules. I also write down a list of things that I would talk about. Like the different spaces in our classroom, the different games we play and many other things we do in the HUB.
Glossing is a math test that finds your goals. I did a gloss today two of the questions were hard and I know I got one wrong of the two.
My goals were division strategy's and decimal problems.

Today we had a sports assembly I was one of the MC's which is a presenter that presents stuff. This assembly we had three and I'm lucky I was one of them. I was a bit nervous but I go through it I made one mistake but I'm sure it was fine. I also got a certificate their's a picture of it below.
Cricket do you like cricket well I do. For the past few days I have been doing cricket training with Mr S and some other people it was really fun it was just for a tournament. I'm a pretty good bouler and runner but I'm not the best batter.
Most of them were outside but we did one inside, for most of the inside one's we just bouled and fielded Mr S batted and Mr K batted the girls.
Mr S did a workshop on these tiles.
How we made them was we got coffee cups and scoped about one and a half to two cups of sand into our ice cream then we used another ice cream container to flatten the sand down.
Next we got shapes you could have your initials, pineapples, teddy bears and much more. We held them up so they would face the right way and we would put them straight back down without doing anything to the shapes.
Then Mr S made concrete mixture and poured it in, DRY DRY DRY.
They were ready to be painted, the first sort of paint was spray paint, we got the options of blue, green, orange and purple. DRY DRY DRY. The next sort of paint was paint brush paint, as you can see in the picture above I painted the top of my pineapple green and the bottom yellow, I painted my initials red.
